1. How long do I have to rent for?
All leases are a month to month basis, meaning no contracts or commitments.
2. When do I have access to my belongings?
Our gate hours are 5:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. (7 days a week). Should you need 24 hour access, we charge a one time fee of $5.00. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
3. Do you have a"Free" Truck or offer Truck rentals?
At this time we do not have truck rentals or a "Free" Truck. We are able to provide you with the name and number of Truck rental business.
4. Do you have moving and storage supplies that I may purchase?
YES! We have an assortment of storage supplies for you to purchase in order to make your move easier.
5. What forms of payments do you take?
We accept major credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. You may call us at 706-790-1200 and make a payment over the telephone, come by the office or mail it to us.
6. How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
Our managers can assist you in determining the right size. Just give us a brief description of what will be stored and we'll help you determine how much space is needed.
Storage Tip
Pack your storage space carefully by using all the space available, including the height! Place frequently used goods near the door for easy access.
